By placing an order with SLEEKSY™, you agree to the conditions set forth in this Return & Refund Policy.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in original condition.

  • Include original tags and packaging.

  • Be free from stains, odors, perfume, pet hair, damage, or alterations.

We strongly encourage customers to try on products carefully to preserve return eligibility.

SLEEKSY™ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.


EXCHANGES

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Please note:

  • Exchange items are not reserved until the original return has been received and inspected.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only.

After an exchange has been completed, any further requests may be subject to standard return eligibility requirements.


STORE CREDIT

Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit:

  • Is issued electronically.

  • Does not expire unless required by law.

  • Can be applied toward future purchases on SLEEKSY™.

Store credit may be offered in situations where refunds are not available under this policy.


REFUNDS

Once returned items have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 7–10 business days for return inspection and approval.

  • Additional processing time depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Refunds cover the purchase price of eligible products only.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Insurance fees are non-refundable.

  • Additional service charges are non-refundable.

If applicable, approved deductions will be clearly communicated before a refund is issued.


FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products may be designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • Intimate garments

  • Personal-use items

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Promotional gifts

  • Clearance products

  • Items marked Final Sale

Products returned without tags, original packaging, or proof of purchase may be rejected.


PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Products purchased during:

  • Clearance events

  • Discount programs

  • Special offers

may be subject to modified return conditions.

Unless explicitly marked as Final Sale, discounted products remain eligible for return under this policy.

SLEEKSY™ reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotional purchases based on the terms active at the time of purchase.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item arrived defective.

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.

SLEEKSY™ is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit without valid tracking information.

Returns received without proof of shipment may be denied.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing components

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the review process, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

SLEEKSY™ reserves the right to request additional information before approving a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Products damaged through misuse, normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for replacement or refund.


LOST PACKAGES & DELIVERY ISSUES

If a package is lost during transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

Carrier investigations may be required before replacements or refunds can be approved.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier may not qualify for replacement or refund.

However, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.


RETURN PROCESSING

After returned items are received, inspection and processing typically require 7–10 business days.

Customers will receive email notification once:

  • A refund is approved.

  • Store credit is issued.

  • An exchange is processed.

Additional processing time may be required by banks, payment providers, or card issuers before funds appear in customer accounts.


ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY

SLEEKSY™ reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future purchases where excessive return activity, fraudulent behavior, abuse of promotions, or misuse of our policies is suspected.
