ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers may also track their orders through our:

Please allow up to 72 hours after shipment for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.


SHIPPING DELAYS

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:

SLEEKSY™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, we will gladly assist customers in initiating carrier investigations whenever possible.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with the claim process, please provide:

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned due to failed delivery attempts

the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs fees

  • Reshipment charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
